Parking Update
The recent installation of bike lanes in our area may affect nearby parking. We recommend planning ahead and timing your arrival to utilize free parking on surrounding side streets – (W Wabansia Ave, N Leavitt St, etc.)
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Cancellation Policy: If you must cancel or wish to decrease your service time, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice in order to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.
No-Show Policy: If no notice of cancellation is provided prior to your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the total service charge to compensate the service provider for their time.
* We kindly ask that all cancellations adhere to these policies, regardless of the reason, to help us fairly compensate our staff and accommodate other clients.
Late Arrivals
We understand that things happen — in such cases, we always try to accommodate as best as our schedule allows. However, late arrivals may sometimes result in a shortened treatment time to ensure that the next guest is not delayed. Please know that we don’t adjust pricing for reduced service time when it’s due to late arrival, as it’s important to still compensate our staff.
To ensure a full experience, please arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment to avoid a shortened service. Your appointment begins at your scheduled start time. We recommend planning ahead for potential traffic and street parking.
No-Refund Policy
Once a service has been rendered, please know that we don’t offer refunds. This policy is in place to ensure that we can fairly compensate our staff for their time and efforts.
Scents play a significant role in creating a serene and soothing spa experience. To ensure that every guest can fully enjoy their time with us, we kindly request that you refrain from wearing strong perfumes or colognes during your appointments.

Damaged & Lost Items
At Spa Soak, we prioritize the care and well-being of our clients. While we take every precaution to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, we understand that accidents can happen.
Damaged Items: Spa Soak is not responsible for any damage or staining that may occur to personal belongings during or after your visit. We recommend removing or protecting any valuable or delicate items to minimize the risk of accidental damage (caused by brow/lash dye, nail polish, etc.).
Lost Items: We kindly ask that you keep track of your personal belongings during your visit. Spa Soak cannot be held responsible for any lost items within our premises. We recommend taking necessary precautions to protect your belongings. Thank you for your understanding!
Age Requirement
Spa Services: Clients must be 16 years or older to receive a spa service (massage, facials, body treatments) unless accompanied by a parent or another adult during their service.
Waxing Services: Clients must be 18 years or older to receive a body waxing service, unless provided with parental or guardian consent.
Nail Services: We welcome clients of all ages, including children— ages 12 & younger are eligible for our special children's pricing. Please note that children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during their visit. We look forward to serving you and your family!
